Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

Softje Technology Solutions is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, and website elements. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in developing design concepts and layouts for various projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to ensure brand consistency.
• Edit and revise graphics based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends and software tools to improve skills and creativity.
• Maintain a portfolio of design work to showcase skills and experience.
• Support the marketing and design teams with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing and social media design.
• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and requirements.
